JB Gas offers plumbing, heating, and gas engineering services, including but not limited to boiler repairs, installations, servicing, gas safety certificates, emergency call-outs, and general plumbing work.

All work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

All appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed by phone, email, or text.

Estimates provided are free and without obligation. Any estimate may be revised if there are unforeseen issues or customer-requested changes.

Pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

JB Gas accepts payment by bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.

For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences.

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a call-out fee.

All work is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion, unless otherwise stated.

Guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unrelated faults.

JB Gas will not be liable for any loss or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

All gas-related work is carried out by a qualified Gas Safe registered engineer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property and all relevant appliances.
